Timber furniture requires regular dusting and cleaning with a slightly damp cloth. Any contact with water should be dried immediately after cleaning.
Cracking and checking of timber is a very natural side effect in trying to reach a natural equilibrium with its environment and may occur as wood shrinks and dries.

Returns Policy
Change of Mind Returns:
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. If this happens, you are welcome to return your item within 30 days of receipt. However, there are a few conditions:
- The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- It is important that you repackage the item carefully to ensure it is returned to us in a resalable condition.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Generally, items from our Vintage, Collectables and Pre Loved Collection are sold 'As Is' and may not be returned.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable and a deduction from your total refund may be made to cover our costs of receiving the returned item.
Inspection and Refund Process:
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
